Dear Sir,

I am completing a book on Chinese judicial conditions that illustrates the events I witnessed when I was teaching law and accounting at a Northeaster University. After my work contract, I decided to experiment Chinese life in the wild and packed-up my things to travel freely around the Land of the Middle – trains and buses where my fancies of the day took me.
For one thing, I discovered a wonderful people that I learned to love. However, major incidents along this rough route incited me to tell the word about the true face of New China. For instances, a young girl got beaten to death by PLA soldiers in front of my eyes at the prestigious Terracotta Warriors site. I intervened and (at least temporarily) put a halt to the massacre. This made things horrible worst from me, from then on.
This book is about what happened afterward, a detailed study of the Chinese legal and judicial framework, or lack thereof, which gave rise to such daily administrative executions and other true horror stories.

I am writing this letter to you because I am now in the stage of looking for a serious publisher for this fully documented novel.
