Hope you enjoyed your stay and learned some interesting things here. Bulgaria may seem too strange to an Estonian, probably. But we used to live in this strange world and to build our lives somehow. The news about this flat tax were welcomed with some fears. It was an unexpected act of the government. But people say: "Let's see what's going to happen, then to judge." We all hope that this will lead to positive changes. But only future will show. I hope you have explained some examples from your experience as a prime minister in Estonia to your Bulgarian colleagues. And hope they have learned something from you.
